This training seminar provides an introduction as to why employers, HR managers, supervisors, and team leaders need to address domestic abuse in the Workplace. You will gain an understanding of the impact of domestic abuse within a workplace as well as the next steps to support your staff and protect your business.

This on-line training workshop will introduce the social, health and legal context, employers’ responsibilities and awareness of the economic impact of domestic abuse. By the end of the session attendees will feel confident in taking the next steps to ensure their workplace is a Safe Space.
This training workshop will provide the first step towards understanding a many layered and complex subject.
